1. How can I request a refund or get support for my Impactfanz product?
As impactfanz has been acquired by LEVIDE, we continue to support all impactfanz customers. For any refunds, support, or inquiries regarding your impactfanz product, please contact us at impactfanz@impactfanz.com. We are here to assist you with any issues or concerns you may have.

2. I have a concern about my order, what's the easiest way to contact you? For urgent concerns, we recommend using the chat feature on our website or sending us a email at levide@levidecupp.comAll pages are run by the co-owners of the company, and we will be more than happy to provide you with the best experience when ordering from our shop!

3. I need to change my shipping address, what should I do? Please let us know within the first 24 hours after you place an order if you need to change your shipping address. We recommend sending us a chat on our website or sending us an email at levide@levidecupp.com for the quickest response!

4. Where is my shipping confirmation? Please allow 24-48 hours for most orders to be made before receiving your shipping confirmation email. Our products are custom made for each individual order; this allows us to offer each customer with the most options (color, size, etc.) without running out of stock. Orders during the holidays may be delayed due to high demand. If you still have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder!

5. Why hasn't my tracking updated? Allow 2-4 days for your order to process and the tracking to update. If tracking does not update after processing, let us know by using the chat feature on our website or sending us an email so we can resolve this issue.

6. I ordered the wrong size/color, what should I do? Please let us know immediately of a size or color error! In most cases we will need to cancel the order, issue a refund, and ask that you reorder in the size and color that you need. Once your products are in production, we are not able to make changes or cancel an order.

7. Do you accept iternational orders? Yes, we do accept international orders. Although shipping fees and timings may vary depending on where you are located outside the US.

8. What if I want to cancel an order or change my mind? Any cancellations must be made immediately upon receiving your order confirmation email. Orders begin being made within the first hour after your order is placed, and once your order is in production, cancellations and changes cannot be made.

9. What is your return policy? We accept returns for manufacturing errors or damage within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns if you change your mind on an item, or for sizing. Please refer to our size chart, and we strongly recommend reviewing your order before placing it!
